You may or may not know that the first lady of San Francisco is an actress. And boy can she act.

Mayor Gavin Newsom's wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom's new movie, "The Trouble With Romance," may not be playing at a theater near you, but Mrs. San Francisco  can be seen discussing and lamenting the over the finer points of love in her undies on pay-per-view televisions everywhere.

Newsom plays a hooker in the steamy flick set in a Los Angeles hotel.

"The Trouble With Romance" explores sex and relationships through four couples and their challenges surrounding love.

The movie is available nationwide on pay per view this month and it will be released in limited theaters on Feb. 27.

Strangely enough, it is not playing in San Francisco. Maybe that's for the best.

Check out the trailer below and an extended clip. See if you can recognize Mrs. Newsom.

If not, check out the slide show in the upper left.
