VA-VA-VOOM: Learn the basics of burlesque dancing while using props like gloves, boas, and fans. The six-week series is $60, and drop-ins are $15. The fun starts at 7p.m. at Lunatic Fringe in Sunnyvale.  

GET UNPLUGGED: Ease into the work week with Rockit Room's Acoustic Monday in San Francisco. Happy Hour is 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., with $2 off everything. Plus, there's no cover charge.  

WE SING: Monday night means karaoke at Annie's Social Club in San Francisco. Rockin' Reby Rae hosts the event, which has no cover charge and starts at 8 p.m.
