Bay Area's Shortest Models Strut for Charity

Fashion community holds benefit for those in need

The Bay Area's fashion community got together to help the underprivileged while looking fabulous.

Acara Mia Magazine and Charleston Pierce Presents held a runway fashion show in San Francisco last week featuring children wearing the latest in fashion.

Acara Mia's Closet, a nonprofit organization, put on the event to encourage families to "adopt a closet" of a child in need. Families are asked to donate clothes on an ongoing basis to clothe a child as he or she grows. The show brought out children's clothing designers, boutique owners, media and other fashion industry professionals from across the Bay Area.

Our friends at Red Carpet SF were on hand to capture all the great looks at the show and talk to the organizers.
