Mission Street Food's Self Imposed Clock Is Running Out

The time is running out on the street food cult hit that is Mission Street Food.

The wildly popular San Francisco pop up restaurant will only host four more kitchen sessions before shutting down to focus on running their own full-time restaurant Commonwealth.

On Thursday and Saturdays through June 5, Mission Street Food will serve a menu at 2234 Mission St. in San Francisco, featuring items such as sea urchin, foie gras and miso soup and for those with a sweet tooth there will be a yogurt parfait.

The chefs behind Mission Street Food recently raised $10,000 to open a full-time at the old El Herradero taqueria restaurant in San Francisco's Mission district.
