Would you like your very own front lawn? How about a killer view of Alcatraz? 1112 Lombard is on the market with an asking price of $4,998,000.

The Colonial style house was built in 1940 and has 5-bedrooms and 5-bathrooms that are scattered about a very spacious 3,676 square feet of living space. The house is situated on a very large lot (think 9,000+ square feet), so you are getting a pretty decently sized piece of property here. Your pad will probably be party central because it has a ton of "private gardens" on the property, great for frolicking!

It sold in December of 2008 for $3,060,000, so we're really doubting that it'll sell for $1,938,000 more dollars half a year later, remodel or not. Also, it'd be rude to not let interested buyers know that you're half a block away from the World's Most Crooked Street, so beware: you'll have bewildered tourists asking you to take their family portrait on the regular (also: noisy).
