Your pad will probably be party central because it has a ton of "private gardens" on the property, great for frolicking!
It sold in December of 2008 for $3,060,000, so we're really doubting that it'll sell for $1,938,000 more dollars half a year later, remodel or not. Also, it'd be rude to not let interested buyers know that you're half a block away from the World's Most Crooked Street, so beware: you'll have bewildered tourists asking you to take their family portrait on the regular (also: noisy).
