“Back in Black” Comes Back to the Bay

AC/DC to play two nights in Oakland

The short shorts and the tie are back in.

Well at least brothers Malcolm and Angus Young, along with their colorful front man Brian Johnson, have been pulling off the look for awhile while rocking stages across the world as AC/DC.

The classic Australian hard rock band will play not one but two nights in Oakland in December. And their shows are so insane that the band has to take a day off between sets.

AC/DC will play Oracle Arena on Dec. 2 and Dec. 4.

Beavis and Butthead's favorite act is known for their crazy antics and anything goes attitude during their shows.

They are best known for their album "Back in Black" and their song "Highway to Hell,"  which was featured in the popular Sylvester Stallone movie "First Blood."

The band has been making hits since they first formed in Sydney, Australia in 1973.

The Aussie boys have sold more than 200 millions albums worldwide and more than 69 million of those have flown off the shelves in America.

VH1 dubbed them the fourth greatest artist of hard rock and the seventh best heavy metal band. Don't tell Beavis and Butthead that though.

Tickets for both shows are sold out but you can still get your hands on some for both shows thanks to our friends at Razor Gator.
