Guy Berryman's real estate intuition is apparently spot-on. The Coldplay bassist purchased a 3,000 square foot East Village condo in 2009 for $2.65 million and listed the unit a year later for $4.5 million. Lo and behold, the rocker quickly snagged a buyer who recently plunked down $4.15 million for the three bedroom spread making Berryman one happy (and $1.5 million richer) man. View the listing.
