After paying $26 million for a home in Montecito, and selling their Beverly Hills mansion to Ryan Seacrest for $37 million, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi must have decided they needed some spare change--Curbed
reports that the couple listed their Beverly Hills penthouse for just $889,000.
The home boasts views of the mountains and trees, and a "dramatic entry gallery with wood floors" that lead to an open floor plan, including a living room and dining area with a fireplace.
The corner penthouse houses two bedrooms, plus all the bells and whistles of a pricy Beverly Hills penthouse-- a doorman, valet parking, and a sauna.
DeGeneres and de Rossi bought the 1,683-square-foot home in April 2010 for $835,000.
