A Lake Shore Drive penthouse owned by Michael Jordan is still on the market, and now for a discounted price, reports Realtor.com.

The penthouse home, located on the 40th floor of Water Tower Palace, originally hit the market in March 2012 for $5 million, and after a series of price cuts, it’s now asking $4 million.

The 8,000-square-foot triplex boasts four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a media room, a smoking room, and a rec room. It’s also lined with floor-to-ceiling windows and features porcelain floors, a marble fireplace, and a spiral staircase.
