Jets fans rejoice! NFL quarterback and Jets nemesis Tom Brady has finally found a buyer for his three bedroom condo at the Time Warner Center. The Wall Street Journal reports that Brady originally bought the pad back in 2006 for $14 million, but never officially moved in. The 74th-floor unit, which the New England Patriot has been renting to a family for a whopping $50,000 per month, features black lacquered doors, walnut wood floors, and spectacular views of the city's skyline.
Brady and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bundchen have slowly cut ties to the Big Apple over the past few years. The Brazilian beauty recently sold her West Village townhouse as well as a downtown penthouse. With the Lincoln Center condo allegedly in contract after three years on the market, it appears as if Brady and his family are vacating the city. Brady's departure will undoubtedly be celebrated by the area's many Jets fans.
