Spice Girl Melanie B Unloads Luxe Digs

There's nothing scary about Melanie Brown's jaw-dropping suburban compound. In fact, the Tarzana, California estate is as fabulous as it gets. The mansion, which the former Spice Girl and her hubby Stephen Belafonte listed in January for $3.45 million, recently sold at a loss for $3 million reports the Los Angeles Times. The couple, who married in June 2007, boasted that they completed a $1 million renovation of the home.
