Found in a bar and later sold to Gizmodo, an iPhone 4 prototype has two young men in hot water with the authorities.
The San Jose Mercury News reports that Brian Hogan, 22, and Sage Wallower, 28, entered not guilty pleas Thursday via their attorney.
Hogan faces a misappropriation of lost property charge, while Wallower got that charge and another for possession of stolen property.
The blogger and Gizmodo were not charged in the incident, though they did pay $5,000 for the device, which they subsequently wrote about and posted.
The device was found in a Redwood City bar. Steve Jobs himself called to get the phone back, according to the Associated Press.
