Apple Floats Another Deal for Cloud Music

If there were any lingering doubts that Apple was about to launch a cloud service for iTunes, let them be alleviated now.

The Cupertino-based company has signed a deal with Warner Music, which many expect means the label's music will be available on a new streaming iTunes service.

The news of Apple reaching an agreement with Warner Music comes just a week after Steve Jobs and co. were reported to have signed a similar deal with two of the other remaining three major labels.

And of course Apple already entered the streaming music business when it purchased Lala in December of 2009.

For more than a year and a half now, analysts have been waiting for Apple to launch a streaming service.
