One of the minor things that Apple announced during his "Let's Talk iPhone" announcement Tuesday in Cupertino was that it is getting into the greeting card business.

They have a new app that will allow you to design and print cards from your iPhone.

The app allows you to pick a photo taken by your iPhone and get it on to a card, inside an envelope and in a person's real mailbox (outside their house) for about $3.

Apple will print it and mail it for you. It will even tell you when the card is delivered.

The price is $2.99 in the U.S. and $4.99 around the world.

It's a reach forward in new technology to help bring users back to the old school way of reaching out and touching someone.
