San Francisco mayor, Ed Lee announced it is now even easier to complain about the city, with its new Facebook app, reports the Examiner.
Citizens can now send their complaints or comments to The City's 311 Customer Service Center, by logging into the San Francisco Facebook page, and using the SF311 Service Requests app.
The city and county of San Francisco Facebook page already has over 250,000 fans, which begs the question, if people are becoming "fans" just to complain, are they really fans?
