Google Is Searching for Missing in Turkey Quake

As the death toll and devastation in Turkey continue to rise, Google is doing its part to live up to its mantra.

The Mountain View-based search company launched a specialized version of People Finder to help victims find their missing loved ones in Turkey.

Google first developed the project shortly after a 2010 earthquake devastated much of Haiti and then later used it after the Tsunami in Japan.

Users can go to the People Finder website and enter information on the people they are looking for or information on people's whereabouts that they may have.

The information is available for public viewing.
