There have been plenty of biographies and books written about Steve Jobs but few that have received his blessings.

The Apple CEO is reportedly cooperating with author Walter Isaacson as he prepares a new biography on Jobs.

Kara Swisher of All Things D reports that Isaacson, who also wrote biographies on Albert Einstein and Benjamin Franklin, has interviewed over 100 people connected to Jobs past and present.

Most impressively perhaps, she reports that Isaacson interview list also includes current Apple employees, which could give interesting insights to the notoriously secret company.

The interview list also includes Oracle CEO Larry Ellison, who has already worked with a biographer on his own story.

In true Apple fashion, there is no launch date or known publisher for the rumored book.
