Apple TV appears to more than just a pet project now.

In a "60 Minutes" interview Steve Jobs' biographer Walter Isaacson revealed the former Apple CEO wanted to create a smart television that was easy to use.

Monday Gene Munster, a Piper Jaffray analyst and noted Apple TV booster, said the company is working on prototypes already.

A day later a report is surfacing that Jeff Robbin, the man behind the iTunes store, is the one developing the new Apple TV project.

Apple of course is staying true to its nature and not confirming any rumors. But Isaacson all but did that when he said Jobs told him Apple had "finally cracked" how to build an integrated TV set.
