Gov. Jerry Brown puts 150 seconds of video together to urge a statewide vote on the budget.
Gov. Jerry Brown has taken his populist budget message to YouTube. In a succinct 2:30 video, Brown pledges to keep up the fight to put the state's budget house in order during his entire tenure.

He needs four Republican votes to take the budget debate out of the legislature and into the precincts: "One way or the other, the budget vote happens on Wednesday."
