Rep. Maxine Waters discusses her comments on President Obama.
President Obama can’t seem to find support from anyone these days.
This week it was Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Los Angele, who criticized the president for his bus tour in rural white areas while ignoring inner cities where unemployment is higher.
She reiterated that she supports the president and that she wasn’t “sure what the strategy is.”
However, she backed off her earlier statement about rural communities, saying that the important thing is creating new jobs.
“Whether it’s in the rural community or in the urban community, we need to pay special attention [to the most needy] and I think that may be where there is some disagreement.”
