A painting depicting the Grateful Dead's skeleton jester is for sale on eBay with an asking price of almost $25,000.
The watercolor was painted by Stanley Mouse, best known for his visual work with Grateful Dead and later with another legendary Bay Area band, Journey. The eBay seller, who is based in Glen Ellen and trades under the name "conscious-consignment," writes in the listing that the framed and matted piece was acquired from Mouse in 1989.
The actual "buy it now" price is $24,999.95. The shipping is $50 and not included.
