Outkast headlines Treasure Island Music Festival in October.
Treasure Island Music Festival will return on October 18-19 with two surprising headliners in tow: Newly reunited Atlanta duo Outkast and UK act Massive Attack.
Outkast is a particular revelation since Big Boi and Andre 3000 recently performed at the Bottle Rock Festival in Napa. Meanwhile, Big Boi appeared at Outside Lands over the past two years, which led to speculation that Outkast might be rocking this year's festival in Golden Gate Park. And for Massive Attack, which last released an album in 2010, this is one of just two American dates scheduled so far on a current world tour.
The Treasure Island lineup includes:
TV on the Radio
The New Pornographers
While the bulk of the lineup has been released, it is not yet known which acts will perform on each day. Tickets go on sale on June 19. Two-day early bird tickets are priced at $145 (regular price $160), while VIP access for the weekend costs $295.
