Arts and Enrichment program is a time when parents and their young children can participate in arts and crafts, reading, music and movement and exercise. Group of volunteers will be doing lesson plans with Family Resource Center staff. The volunteer opportunity will include putting together easy to do arts activities for childern 0 to 5 for early literacy classes.

Waiver Required: Single visit volunteer application will completed on site before or at time of service or be completed.
Registration Required: Registration and date placement confirmed by Catholic Charities staff.

Description: The FIRST 5 Program supports the healthy development of children ages 0-5 years old and enriches the lives of their families and communities. Catholic Charities collaborates with FIRST 5 Santa Clara County to partner with families who have children 0-5 years old, supporting them as they attain their self-identified long- and short-term goals, and helping them to connect with appropriate local services.
