Ground Squirrel Day at Save The Bay-Wed Feb 1

Ground Squirrel Day at Save The Bay’s Native Plant Nursery (Oakland)

We may not have groundhogs here in Oakland but we do have the California Ground Squirrel. It is said that if the ground squirrel leaves it’s den on this day then we can expect another two months of totally confusing weather. Grab your rain jacket or sun hat and join us as we work towards our goal of planting 30,000 plants by March!

Due to the sensitive nature of the restoration site, space is limited and RSVP is requested. If you have filled out a form on one of our partner websites it does not mean that you will be included in our event. You must fill out the online registration form below to register yourself or a group of 9 people or less.
