Santa Clara County's 10th Annual Binational Health Week

Don’t miss this week's final two events for the Santa Clara County’s 10th Annual Binational Health Week, or BHW, on October 16 and 17. BHW is an annual series of health education and health promotion events that include workshops, health fairs, screenings, and insurance referrals for underserved immigrants from Latin America in Santa Clara County. This year, Santa Clara County’s Binational Health Week focuses on HIV/AIDs, Diabetes, Occupational Health, Influenza, and Access to Health Insurance.

On Thursday, October 16, attend a Covered California Information and Enrollment session, a Healthier Living Program and Chronic Disease Self-Management workshop, and the 10th Annual Santa Clara County Binational Health Week South County Conference on Emerging Health Topics for Latino Youth. On Friday, October 17, join the HIV Health Fair where you can learn the facts about the virus and get a free HIV test.
