The end of Alzheimer's starts with you! Join the Alzheimer's Association at its Walk to End Alzheimer's on October 1 in Walnut Creek and October 8 in San Jose.
Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, Walk to End Alzheimer's is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research.

- October 1, 2016 in Walnut Creek at Heather Farm Park (ceremony starts at 8:30am)
- October 8, 2016 in San Jose At Arena Green, downtown (ceremony starts at 9:30am)
