Madonna to Bring Rebel Heart Tour to SAP Center

Madonna will bring her Rebel Heart tour to the Bay Area, stopping at San Jose's SAP Center on Oct. 19.

The tour is in honor of her 13th studio album Rebel Heart, which will be released in North America on March 10 following several leaks.

The star unfortunately fell last week during a performance for the Brit Awards in England. "It was a horrible nightmare because I like to be amazing," she later told UK television host Jonathan Ross.

Madonna last appeared at the SAP Center in October 2012; the first night was the 30th anniversary of the release of her debut single "Everybody," which she marked by adding it onto the show's playlist.

"This is a place where much innovation and creation happens and we have the ability to touch people across the universe," she told the San Jose crowd that night. "Let's use it wisely for love. ____ yeah!"

Tickets for the SAP Center engagement ($40-355) go on sale on Mar. 9 via Live Nation.
