Brooke Mueller May Leave Wellness Center Thursday

Father: "She is getting some much-needed rest"

Brooke Mueller may be heading back to LA this week after time in a North Carolina wellness facility, her mother told Access Hollywood Wednesday.

Moira Fiore, Brooke's mom, told Access that she was hoping Brooke would stay and get more rest, but that Brooke missed her children, twins Max and Bob.

Brooke might leave the care center as soon as Thursday, Moira said.

As previously reported by AccessHollywood.com, Brooke arrived at the Two Dreams Outer Banks drug and alcohol rehab facility – which also offers a rest & relaxation program – following a strenuous year that included a battle with diabetes, a difficult pregnancy and an infection following wisdom tooth surgery last month.

"It's been a tough year for Brooke," her father, Jon Fiore, had previously told Access. "She is getting some much-needed rest, per doctor's orders.

Brooke is due to appear in court on February 8 in Aspen, CO, regarding charges against her husband, Charlie Sheen, pertaining to her alleged assault by the "Two and a Half Men" actor on Christmas Day last year. Attorneys for both have said the two want to reconcile.
