J-Woww in Talks for Playboy Spread

"Jersey Shore" star J-Woww is on the verge of baring all that God and a surgeon somewhere gave her in the pages of Playboy, according to reports.

"Final offer is standing. Hopefully, it will go through," the reality show babe whose real name is Jenni Farley told E! Online, adding that she may pose as soon as winter arrives.

There could be a couple of hurdles, though. In addition to the deal not yet being finalized, J-Woww's contract with MTV may reportedly prevent nudie pics.

Even so, JWoww's reps are reportedly discussing a fee with the skin mag, according to RadarOnline.com.

"Talks have been going on for a long time now and the highest offer she has received is $400,000," a source told Radar. Neither Playboy nor anyone else could confirm the figure.

Asked by E! if shhe would show everything, the 23-year-old beach lounger demurred.

"It hasn't been talked about yet," she said.
