Jessica Biel, pictured here with husband Justin Timberlake at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute gala in New York, has chosen to take on her new husband's surname.
Jessica Biel is bypassing hyphen territory and going all-in on this marriage thing.
Having tied the knot with Justin Timberlake, the actress will be changing her name to Jessica Timberlake.
"My professional name will still be the same, but for life, yes, I think it sounds great," the newlywed tells People. "I think I really won the jackpot of names."
She really won the jackpot of a lot of things, but...sure. Names, too.
Mrs. Timberlake follows in the illustrious tradition of stars like Julia Roberts (that's Mrs. Danny Moder to her friends and loved ones), who have kept their maiden names for obvious professional reasons but saw no reason not to legally go with their husbands' surnames for their private lives.
