There’s nothing pretty about Alexis Neiers’ latest legal woes.
Probation officers visiting Neiers at her home found the troubled teen "in possession of a black substance that resembled tar heroin," L.A. County Probation Department spokeswoman Kerri Webb told E!
They also found “burnt foil that is common with heroin use” and a fake Florida drivers license, Webb said.
Neiers could face up to a year in the clink if convicted of violating the terms of her probation, according to PopEater.
In July, the reality starlet was released from the same L.A. jail that once held Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton, having served 30 days of a 180-day sentence for burglarizing actor Orlando Bloom’s home.
Cops alleged Neiers – who pleaded no contest to the burglary – was a member of the notorious six-person “Bling Ring” accused of break-ins at the homes of other Hollywood celebrities.
