The mag reported that the "Scrubs" star and her fiance, entertainment lawyer Jamie Afifi, have welcomed a boy, Charlie Rhodes Afifi.
The baby was reportedly born on Christmas Eve.
Sarah, 33, announced the pregnancy in August. Her pregnancy was written into her role as Dr. Elliot Reid on the ABC comedy.
She's not the only "Scrubs" star to become a mom in recent months – co-star Judy Reyes had a daughter, Leila Rey, in November.
