A tabloid claims to have the first new photos of Tiger Woods in months, taken outside a Mississippi sex addiction treatment facility currently being staked out by a crush of paparazzi.

The cover of the upcoming National Enquirer features a grainy photo purportedly of Woods, who has been laying low since revelations he had a long string of extramarital affairs. The photo, which also appears on the Enquirer's sister publication, radaronline.com, shows Woods wearing shorts with a hoodie tied around his neck and clutching a large cup.

The Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Services facility, where Woods is reportedly being treated, heightened a fence around the clinic to keep the paparazzi from taking pictures, according to WDAM-7, the NBC facility in Hattiesburg, Miss.

Woods' life has been in meltdown mode since the early morning after Thanksgiving, when he crashed his SUV outside his Florida mansion. In the days that followed, a parade of women came forward saying they had had affairs with him and his wife has reportedly spoken to divorce lawyers since.

Woods won the Australian Masters Nov. 15, but hasn't played golf since. After the November incident, Woods admit to "infidelities" and announced he'd be taking a break from golf. He hasn't been seen in public since the crash, and many friends have said they haven't been able to reach him.

If the photos are really Woods, they would be the first of the golf star since he appeared at halftime of the Stanford-Cal football game Nov. 21 when he was inducted into Stanford's sports Hall of Fame. His agent, Mark Steinberg, declined comment to The Associated Press on the photos, and officials at the facility would neither confirm nor deny that Woods is being treated there.
