Jennifer Lopez Kicks Off Las Vegas Residency, Performs With Ja Rule, Ne-Yo and Pitbull

"All I Have" is being hosted at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

After months of preparations, Jennifer Lopez kicked off her headlining Las Vegas residency, "Jennifer Lopez: All I Have," at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino Wednesday night.

The "Waiting for Tonight" singer, 46, brought out a few surprise collaborators, including Ja Rule ("I'm Real"), Ne-Yo ("All I Have") and Pitbull ("On the Floor"). The pop superstar performed for a sold-out, star-studded crowd that included Justin Bieber, Cheryl Burke, Derek Hough, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Hoda Kotb, Leah Remini, Gina Rodriguez, Nicole Scherzinger, T.I., Wilmer Valderrama and Rebel Wilson.

Other supporters included her "American Idol" colleague Ryan Seacrest, her "Boy Next Door" co-star Ryan Guzman, and her entire "Shades of Blue" family, including Santino Fontana, Sarah Jeffery, Warren Kole, Ray Liotta, Dayo Okeniyi and Gino Pesi.

The audience danced along with Lopez as she sang her biggest hits, including "Love Don't Cost a Thing," "Jenny From the Block" and "Get Right." The show was directed by Napoleon Dumo and Tabitha Dumo (aka Nappytabs) and was supported by a live five-piece band and 16 dancers.

Lopez's boyfriend, choreographer Casper Smart, knew fans wouldn't be disappointed. "It's everything you can expect and more. It is so entertaining," the 28-year-old said on the red carpet before the concert began. "I can't even...It's just entertainment from start to finish."

"She's worked really, really hard on this show, even when she was in New York with 'Shades'—which is by the way a No. 1 show—and 'American Idol,' and press, and she's flying all around bouncing everywhere. And she still makes the time to do this...It was so her month. It's crazy. Between 'Shades' and 'Idol' and this, it's bananas," Casper said. So, how does Lopez do it? "She's not human," he joked. "She's like supernatural Wonder Woman. She's not from this planet."

E! News caught up with Lopez after the show to get her take on the night.

"It felt great. It felt really great. It's a room – it's a different venue than what I've played before and I wanted to tailor the show to fit in that room, and I think it felt really good. I think people got, 'OK, this is J. Lo's music and concert, but it's also J. Lo's Vegas show.' I don't like saying the word 'J.Lo,' but I know that's what people say! But definitely, [it was] an amazing night," Lopez said. "We worked really hard on it so people could have a good time and everybody at the end of that concert was on their feet dancing and jumping and singing."

Lopez added, "It was awesome!"

January has been a banner month for Lopez. "Having the 'Shades of Blue' launch and for people to be loving it the way they are, it was such a passion project, very much like the Vegas show," she said. "We never expected them to both launch in the same month along with 'Idol'; it just happened that way. But definitely a good start to an amazing year. 'Jenuary' for sure."
