Lamar Odom is reeling from another tragedy.
Just days after the basketball player lost his longtime friend Jamie Sangouthai to complications from longtime drug use, Odom's second pal Bobby Heyward has also died, E! News has confirmed. Heyward, a producer and writer, was just 30 years old when he passed on Saturday. The coroner's office was scheduled to do an examination of Heyward's body later on Monday.

According to Us, who first broke the tragic news, Heyward's death was caused by a drug overdose.
Heyward is the second person in Lamar's life to pass away this month. Just over a week ago, Sangouthai, 37, died from a bacterial skin infection in his arm known as necrotizing fasciitis as a result of chronic IV drug abuse. Sangouthai died in an L.A. hospital where he had gone to receive treatment on his arm.

"Due to the extent of the infection, the hospital performed surgery to deal with the infection, but the condition quickly overwhelmed what they were able to do for him," the coroner told E! News in the wake of Sangouthai's death.
Making Heyward's death even more chilling: Heyward posted a memoriam honoring Sangouthai on Instagram only four days ago.
"#RIP To my big brother Jamie who always brought light into any room he walked into and laughter as well at all times J you will always be missed. Family for life. #BandOfBrothers #tbt," Heyward shared last week with a photo of him, Odom and Sangouthai.
Many Kardashian fans may remember Jamie for his close bond with Odom on the series "Khloé & Lamar."
