Pamela Anderson, Bill Rancic and More Celebs Take on the NYC Marathon

The New York City Marathon is back...and so are the celebrity runners.

Following a hiatus last year due to Hurricane Sandy, the annual marathon started up again Sunday morning, with Bill Rancic, Pam Anderson, Patrick Wilson and Christy Turlington and more stars hitting the pavement for the famed 26-mile race.

So, which celeb finished the marathon the fastest?

None other than "Insidious" star Wilson, who finished up at 3:32:35. "Masterchef" judge Joe Bastianich followed at 4:00:06, as well as Turlington at 4:35:32, Rancic at 4:57:23 and Anderson at 5:41:03.

The former "Baywatch" babe finished the race with her brother by her side, tweeting a photo with her sibling once she crossed the finish line.

"So proud of my brother Gerry. Thank G. For running next to me today- love you lots," Anderson tweeted Sunday (see below).

She went on to post another photo of herself laying on her bed with big bag of ice on her body, along with the caption, "Ouch!"

Indeed.

E!'s own Giuliana Rancic was on also on hand to cheer on her hubby Bill, posting a photo of herself on Instagram at the marathon with a sign that read "We Luv You Bill."

The E! News and Fashion Police host also posted a video of Bill finishing the race, writing on Instagram, "Video of @BillRancic crossing the finish line!!!! He did it!!! So proud:) #ingnycm." In the clip, the "Giuliana & Bill" stars share a big smooch in celebration.

As far as who won the race overall, Kenyan runners Priscah Jeptoo and Geoffrey Mutai, won the women and men's races respectively.
