Police: TV Star Causes Scene Over “Lost” Luggage

The star of History Channel's “Counting Cars” has been fined $10 after police say he became disorderly after his luggage was mistakenly “lost” at Erie International Airport.

Online court records show 48-year-old Daniel Koker, of Las Vegas, known as “The Count” on the show, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct before an Erie district judge on Tuesday and paid the $10 fine - plus $140.50 in court costs.

Koker couldn't immediately be reached at his shop before normal business hours Friday, and the show's publicist didn't immediately return an email for comment.

Airport police Chief Ian Bogle tells the Erie Times-News that Koker caused a scene July 17 after being told his luggage was lost when he was in town for Roar on the Shore, a motorcycle rally.

It turns out his luggage was behind a ticket counter.
