Emmy- and Tony-winning actress Viola Davis is the new owner of a glamorous $5.7 million home in Toluca Lake. The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom house sits on a half acre, with 7,500 square feet of living space. The European-inspired, two-story residence comes with sophisticated features, including a custom theater with a 4K projector, 600-bottle wine cellar, walk-in closet and wet bar, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The master suite features a fireplace, separate sitting area and French doors that lead to a private balcony large enough for outdoor furniture.
In 2010, Davis won a Tony award for best actress in a play for her role in the Broadway revival of "Fences." In 2015, she made history when she became the first African-American woman to win the Emmy award for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series for her role in "How to Get Away With Murder." Davis, 51, is married to actor Julius Tennon.
