“Bachelorette” Couple Talks About Eloping

They don't need a chapel, they just want to get married. Now.

"Bachelorette" Ali Fedotowsky and beau Roberto Martinez want to forgo a big wedding and get on to living their lives as husband and wife as soon as possible, the couple revealed in an interview with People.

"Planning a wedding is a lot, and we don't want to go through all the motions," Fedotowsky said. "We're just excited for that. We're like, 'Let's be married - right now!'"

The bubbly blonde even said that if they didn't have to worry about letting down their families, they'd probably elope.

"I think we would do just that," she said. "Obviously we want to share it with family, so we're not going to do that. But it's so funny - I've even caught myself saying, 'This is my husband Roberto.' I always thought it would be funny to even think or say that, but if anything, I feel like it's hard for me not to say it."

Since the couple relocated to San Diego after the show's finale, they've rarely been apart. Fedotowsky recently had a girls-only slumber party with her stylist and it was the first time she'd been away from him.

"We're apart for one night, and we're like, 'Oh, my god, what are we going to do?' He was up here with me yesterday, and when he had to leave, we both got a little upset - choked up almost."
