Jeremy, Conda and Kim lost a combined 432 pounds during season 13 of "Biggest Loser."

Jeremy Britt was crowned "Biggest Loser" Tuesday night after dropping nearly 200 pounds in seven months.

The 22-year-old baker from Rockford, Mich., cut 51.16 percent of his 389-pound starting weight to end the show at 190 pounds.

"Oh my God!" he shouted as he saw the scale—numerical confirmation of the eye-popping physical transformation he made.

Britt beat out his older sister, Conda Britt, who dropped 115 pounds to end the season teary-eyed at 179 pounds.

He also beat runner-up Kim Nielson, an ex-wrestler who lost 118 pounds to end the show at 134 pounds. Nielson, however, didn't walk away empty-handed. She won $30,000 worth of gym equipment to share with her community for getting the most people to sign up for the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award—a challenge set earlier in the season by First Lady Michelle Obama.

The live finale invited all eliminated contestants back for a chance to weigh in. Mike Messina, a 41-year-old Oakland native won the $100,000 "at home" prize for shrinking to 198 pounds from a starting weight of 358 pounds.
