In two weeks, Two and a Half Men gets its star back.

A lawyer for actor Charlie Sheen said that he expected his client to be back on the set of CBS' hit comedy soon, reports E! Online.

"We are thinking Charlie will be going back to work two weeks from today," said Yale Galanter in an interview with the online celebrity site.

Sheen recently started a new stint in rehab January 29, after he was rushed to the hospital with severe abdominal pains following a raucous party at his home in Los Angeles.

Yale did not reveal his client's whereabouts, but said that "Charlie is fine healthwise and doing really well. Things are looking good. Everybody's intentions are to get him back in the swing of things as soon as possible."

This makes the third time Sheen has been in a treatment facility in the last 12 months. After entering rehab, Sheen released a statement thanking both his cast mates and friends and family for their continued support.

"I have a lot of work to do to be able to return the support I have received from so many people," the 45-year-old actor said. "I want to say thank you to my fellow cast members, the crew of `Two and a Half Men' and everyone at CBS and Warner Bros., especially Les Moonves and Bruce Rosenblum for their concern and support.

"And to my fans, your good wishes have touched me very much. Like Errol Flynn, who had to put down his sword on occasion, I just want to say, thank you."
