Burning Man: Full Swing in the Desert

For the second year in a row, the Man is surrounded by twenty-foot tall effigies created by teams of people from around the world. The Circle of Regional Effigies (CORE) Project creates “a stunning visual example of how Burning Man is all over the world,” said Megan Rutigliano, who heads up the Regional network. OpalEssence, on the right, was brought here by burners from Idaho.
