Paris Jackson seemed poised and at times playful in a newly released video of her testifying in the wrongful death trial against her father’s concert promoter, AEG Live LLC.

Though it’s unclear who exactly the teen was referring to in the 46-second video taken March 21, it’s reported that she was discussing her nanny’s relationship with the late singer Michael Jackson.

“Sometimes my dad didn’t like her, so he tried to, like, keep her away from us,” Paris Jackson testified.

Jackson, 15, said her father would often send the nanny out on errands -- at least once as far away as India -- to keep her out of the house.

The teen said her father didn’t permanently remove the nanny from the home because, “he felt bad because she didn’t really have a lot of money.”

Prince Jackson also appeared briefly in the video. He was asked whether his father ever needed help after coming home tired from rehearsal.

“I wouldn’t be able to either, but no,” Prince Jackson said.

The negligent hiring suit alleges AEG failed to properly investigate the doctor convicted of administering a lethal dose of the anesthetic propofol to Michael Jackson in 2009, and that AEG missed warning signs about the entertainer's failing health. The company denies any wrongdoing.

If jurors determine AEG is liable for the pop star’s death, they will have to determine any damages awarded to Jackson's mother and children.

Paris Jackson’s testimony came less than three months after she was hospitalized following an apparent suicide attempt. Audio of an emergency dispatch shows she had taken 20 Motrin pills and cut herself with a kitchen knife.
