Fontana Peeping Tom Hurls Concrete Statues After Getting Caught: Police

Ronald Davis, 54, of Yucaipa was arrested Friday in connection with multiple peepings in a Fontana home, including one on Friday when he assaulted the victim's husband when confronted

A peeping Tom who allegedly skulked outside the same location for years was finally caught Friday after police said he peeped on a woman while she showered, assaulted her husband when confronted and threw concrete statues at the couple.

Ronald Davis, 54, of Yucaipa was arrested Friday in connection with multiple peepings at a Fontana home, the Fontana Police Department said.

Davis was caught peeping in the home a few weeks ago but got away after neighbors noticed, police said.

On Friday night, the victim saw him looking in through her bathroom while she showered, and her husband ran outside to confront him while his wife called the police.

Officials said Davis then ripped the phone out of her hand, broke it, assaulted her husband, threw concrete statues at them both and sprinted away. Neighbors eventually caught up with him.

"Davis decided to put up a fight, which he lost," police said in a news release.

Davis was treated at a hospital before being booked at the West Valley Detention Center, according to police.
