Patricia Arquette Files For Divorce

“Medium” star Patricia Arquette has filed for divorce from husband Thomas Jane, a rep for the star confirmed to Access Hollywood.

Arquette filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences in the split. The exact date of their split, however, remains “to be determined,” according to the filing, People reported.

The actress is seeking sole custody of their daughter, Harlow, 5.

The couple married in May 2006.

Jane is set to star in an upcoming HBO series titled “Hung.”

He was arrested in March of 2008 on a DUI charge in central California.

You forgot the other one Friday, Mar 13 at 1:28 PM FLAG COMMENT When my husband filed for divorce about 4 mos. ago, irreconcilable differences was also the reason, but the State of California also lists "Incurable insanity" as another possible reason on every petition for divorce.
