The environmental activist is set to write "Our Choice," a sequel to Gore's bestselling book and movie, "An Inconvenient Truth."
Al Gore is at it again.
The former Vice-President and environmental activist is set to release "Our Choice," a follow-up to his bestselling book and movie "An Inconvenient Truth," which will outline how to combat the global warming crisis.
"Our Choice" will describe how the world can fight climate change by cutting down on energy and water use and decreasing waste output into the environment, Gore's camp announced in a statement. It will also outline policies that President Barack Obama's administration should put into effect in order to sustain life on Earth.
Gore won the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize for his environmental work on "An Inconvenient Truth."
All profits from "Our Choice" will go to the Alliance for Climate Protection, a non-profit group dedicated to solving the climate crisis. "Our Choice" will be printed on locally produced, 100 percent recyclable paper and will be carbon neutral.
The book, published by Rodale, will be released in the United States and internationally on November 3, 2009.
