Luck Loses Locks For Coach

Team seems to draw inspiration for their head coach who is battling a potentially deadly illness.

Andrew Luck has a new look today.

The former Stanford quarterback and current starter for the Indianapolis Colts joined 30 members of his team who shaved their heads in support of their coach.

Head coach Chuck Pagano is battling leukemia.

He's been on indefinite leave since being diagnosed in late September.

The Colts have been playing inspired football on the field each Sunday in honor of Pagano.

Starting this week they are doubling their supportive efforts off the field by altering their appearance

The team is currently in second place in the AFC south with a 5-3 record.

The surprise playoff-contending Colts and their clean shaven heads flew into Jacksonville Wednesday to prepare for a battle against the Jaguars.

The team posted this photo:

Below is a clip of Pagano visiting his team for the first time since being diagnosed. It was after Sunday's win over Miami.

Pagano said his goal is to live to dance in his daughters' weddings and to lift multiple Lombardi trophies. There were very few dry eyes in the house.
