Hundreds of people are gearing up for another round of protests in the East Bay in honor of a Hayward man, shot and killed by a BART policeman.

This one might be the largest one yet.

The Coalition Against Police Executions or CAPE is planning a peaceful rally and march.

The protest will end at the steps of the Alameda County court house.

Protesters say they will hold a die in.

Many will lie in the streets, face down depicting the way Oscar Grant was killed.

Organizers of the march are working to make it peaceful, but business owners who were vandalized last time are scared.

CAPE organizers say their members are not the ones who turned their rage over the fatal shooting to destruction.

Now they say, they are doing everything they can to prevent more violence tomorrow.

CAPE is working with police to keep the peace.
