Feinstein's Home Sit-in Target

Protesters staged a sit-in protest outside Sen. Dianne Feinstein's home, Sunday. The demonstrators were protesting against the inhumane treatment of Bradley Manning, the Army private charged with supplying classified information to WikiLeaks.

Co-founder of CodePINK Medea Benjamin said in a press release,

"We are demanding Bradley Manning be freed, and that the U.S. close Guantanamo now," adding. "Since elected officials swear in to uphold the constitution we feel all of Congress has a serious responsibility to come to a citizens defense when their rights are so seriously being violated, as Bradley Manning's are being violated."

The protest was scheduled at 9:30 a.m. and included a rally at noon at the Golden Gate Bridge.
