1 Dead, 1 Injured After Overnight Shooting in San Francisco

An early Sunday morning shooting in San Francisco has left one man dead and another in the hospital, police said.

Around 2 a.m., patrons exited a bar in the 900 block of Geary Boulevard before getting wrapped up in a physical altercation. The fight eventually calmed down, but a suspect emerged from a nearby car and fired several shots, police said.

One victim died at the scene, and a second victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
